Job Description

  • Develop and manage partnerships with TikTok creators to promote brand awareness and drive campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative strategies tailored for TikTok's platform and audience.
  • Identify and onboard new creators who align with the brand's values and target demographics.
  • Source and build relationships with a consistent supply of 100s of creators for TikTok Shop and paid partnerships
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and engaging.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for creator partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creators, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understands what content performs well on TikTok to direct creators and their respective content
  • Execute paid partnerships, including monitoring performance, and optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Promotion: Leverage TikTok content across other platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for a cohesive brand narrative.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TikTok Creator Partnerships Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing influencer or creator partnerships on TikTok.
  • A strong understanding of the personal care or beauty & cosmetics industry and its marketing dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to craft engaging campaigns tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency with social media tools and platforms.
  • A resourceful problem solver who prides themselves on creative, clever outreach to convince a volume of creators to partner with the brand
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
