Key Responsibilities for Tilt Up Superintendent - Orange County

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and manage construction crews, providing direction and support as needed.
• Monitor daily operations and address any issues that arise promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress updates to relevant parties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
