About Our Client

As a Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing field crews, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining site safety standards. Your experience with ground-up tilt-wall and manufacturing facility construction will be crucial in delivering successful projects from start to finish. Travel from West Palm Beach to Miami will be required based on job site locations.

Job Description

  • Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring the project is being built according to the approved plans, specifications, and schedule. Oversee construction personnel, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all work complies with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the day-to-day construction schedule, ensuring that work progresses as planned. Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors, equipment, and materials to avoid delays and ensure on-time completion.
  • Quality Control: Inspect all work performed on-site to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality. Resolve any issues that arise to maintain project quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor on-site crews, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their tasks. Foster teamwork and collaboration between subcontractors and in-house staff.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders on-site. Provide regular updates on project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly. Provide solutions to challenges that may impact the project schedule or quality.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and change orders. Ensure proper reporting of progress, issues, and delays to project management.
  • Logistics & Material Management: Oversee material delivery, storage, and distribution to ensure the timely availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a focus on ground-up tilt-wall construction and/or manufacturing facility projects.
    • Strong experience in managing construction projects from start to finish, with an emphasis on tilt-wall and industrial/commercial builds.


  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.


  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage crews and coordinate with subcontractors.
    • Proficient in construction software and tools, such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly on-site.


  • Travel Requirements:
    • Must be willing to travel between job sites from West Palm Beach to Miami as needed.
