While they are a global manufacturer, they still create an environment where employees can make a substantial impact from the ground up.Job DescriptionDevelop, maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs for toolingProvides recommendations to improve tooling performance and efficiencyWorks with Foremen with scheduling of tool department personnelResponsible for controlling overtime and costs of the departmentsAssists with in-house design and fabrication of equipment and spare die componentsWorks closely with the EHS Manager to ensure safety is a top priority at the divisionParticipates as required in audits and inspectionsMonitors and reports status of projectsEnsures all paperwork and reporting are kept up to date and are completed in a timely fashionCommunicates goals, objectives and policies to their team members.Works on the successional planning of personnel and identifying technical disciplines that are understaffed.
