We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company looking for a Total Rewards Manager to build out and refine their compensation and benefits programs. This person will lead strategy, structure, and execution. 3 days a week in office in Los Alamitos, CA (2 days work from home). $110k-$130k + bonus and great benefits.

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company looking for a Total Rewards Manager to build out and refine their compensation and benefits programs. This person will lead strategy, structure, and execution.

Job Description

  • Compensation Strategy: Design and implement compensation structures, job leveling, and pay equity strategies
  • Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys, analyze market trends, and ensure competitive pay structures
  • Salary Planning & Incentives: Lead merit increase cycles, bonus structures, and incentive plan design
  • Benefits Oversight: Evaluate and enhance health, wellness, and retirement programs to align with business needs
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Total Rewards Communication: Educate employees and leadership on total rewards offerings and best practices
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with HR, finance, and senior leaders to develop and execute total rewards strategies
  • HR Systems & Analytics: Leverage HRIS and compensation tools to drive insights and improve decision-making

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and pay structure design
  • Background in benefits administration and strategy
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Someone excited to build, refine, and make a real impact
