Job Description

  • Assist in key TPM lifecycle activities, including outsourcing determinations, service criticality and provider risk assessments, cyclical reviews, and supporting evidence reviews.
  • Help manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to oversee and monitor service provider performance, including Service Level Agreement preparation, negotiation, and approval.
  • Collect and report KPIs on a monthly basis to provide clear oversight of third-party performance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of outsourcing service providers.
  • Develop and implement multi-level reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Conduct first-line assurance activities.
  • Draft and maintain clear and concise TPRM documentation, including training materials and guidance.
  • Support the delivery of key third-party management projects, including input into project planning, impact analysis, option evaluation, design documentation, testing materials, and guidance to enhance operational delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Capable of producing high-quality materials to support informed decision-making and facilitate effective communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in risk management, particularly with exposure to risk frameworks, ideally in Third Party Risk Management/Outsourcing.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with knowledge of Access/PowerBI being an advantage; strong data analysis and manipulation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Focused on completing tasks on time and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management.
