About Our Client

Our Client is a New York based private investment advisory firm.

Job Description

  • Maintenance of portfolios (both manual and electronic reconciliation)


  • Processing trade confirmation, daily transaction and corporate actions


  • Reconciling monthly cost basis and market values


  • Run daily cash reports


  • Update account features on portfolios and security information as required


  • Setting up new accounts and prospect accounts in our portfolio management system


  • Maintenance of Trading System


  • Processing trade orders (checking cash balance, tax lots and restrictions before submitting order)


  • Communicating with Trading Desks at various large custodians in order to execute trades for clients. This includes both one-off trades and firm-wide block trades of both equities and bonds. Must be comfortable speaking with brokers about large-scale orders and able to communicate our trading needs effectively.
