Job Description

Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance documents.
Conduct trademark clearance searches and analyze results.
Monitor and manage trademark portfolios, including docketing deadlines.
Assist with opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO and foreign trademark offices.
Coordinate with foreign counsel on international filings and enforcement matters.
Draft and review correspondence with clients, trademark offices, and third parties.
Maintain accurate records in trademark management systems and ensure timely updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trademark Paralegal should have:

Minimum 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and international trademark filing processes.
Proficiency with trademark docketing systems (e.g., CPI, WebTMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
