About Our Client

Job Description

  • Provide real-time support to trading desk operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities.
  • Monitor and resolve trading-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical and operational challenges in trading systems.
  • Maintain and update trading system configurations to enhance performance.
  • Assist in testing and implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Generate and distribute daily trading reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding of equity/option market structures is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in the FIX protocol, with hands-on experience in order flow, drop-copy processes, and session-layer operations.
  • Technical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and system support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms or Banking & Financial Services industries is a plus.
