We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Training & Development Manager to take on the responsibility of developing and implementing strategic training programs within a food manufacturing organization. Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify company training needs.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Modify programs as needed.
  • Support OSHA and compliance training efforts.
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Training & Development Manager' should have:

  • A bachelors degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager, L&D leader, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • Prior experience in using Alchemy as a LMS tool.
