Job Description

  • Support field operations for a two‑story, 275,000+ sq ft multi‑megawatt data center project
  • Assist with daily coordination of subcontractors, site activities, material deliveries, and sequencing.
  • Maintain field logs, track progress, and contribute to maintaining schedule alignment across multiple project phases.
  • Help oversee installation quality and ensure all work meets technical, design, and mission‑critical standards.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to identify risks, resolve issues, and keep the project moving safely and efficiently.
  • Enforce jobsite safety, verify compliance, and support a proactive safety culture across all trades.
  • Collaborate with project partners, design teams, and owner representatives to maintain smooth communication and clear expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supporting ground‑up commercial or industrial construction projects; mission‑critical experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, read plans, and maintain accurate field documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills in fast‑moving environments.
  • Working knowledge of construction safety protocols and the ability to enforce them consistently.
  • Willingness to travel for extended assignments and work on a major technical jobsite.
  • High initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to grow into larger field leadership responsibilities.
