Job Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring all on‑site construction activities meet safety requirements, quality standards, and federal schedule expectations.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site logistics to maintain efficient workflow and compliance with project scope.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, government representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project.
  • Travel frequently to various project sites and remain on location for extended durations as needed to support continuous project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced superintendent in federal construction projects, preferably with work on government facilities.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑coordination skills
  • Skilled in interpreting federal project documents, including plans, schedules, and contract specifications
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Able to travel frequently and remain on‑site for extended project durations
