Job Description


  • Oversee all phases of the project, from initiation to completion.
  • Lead project teams, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Ensure adherence to high safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with schedules.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in managing commercial projects, including healthcare, assisted living, and higher education.
  • Consistent and stable tenure in recent roles, with over 3 years of experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities, capable of managing and motivating diverse project teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a quick resolution of issues.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Skilled in negotiations and managing contracts and subcontractors. A successful track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
