Job Description

Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
Lead and mentor project teams while maintaining a high‑performance culture
Coordinate complex MEP scopes and ensure technical compliance
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration
Drive quality, safety, and schedule adherence on all project sites
Interface with clients, design partners, and trade teams professionally
Ensure accurate project documentation using AutoDesk‑based platforms

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Construction Project Manager should have:

10+ years of construction project management experience
Experience with technical facilities: manufacturing, pharma, data centers, mission‑critical, healthcare, or similar
Strong MEP knowledge and ability to coordinate highly engineered systems
Willingness to travel full‑time (typically Monday-Friday; home every ~2 weeks)
Proven success leading complex or large‑scale construction projects
Design‑Build experience preferred
Background with top ENR contractors strongly preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and team‑mentoring skills
Culturally aligned: competitive, hardworking, accountable, team‑oriented
