Job Description

  • Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Lead and mentor project teams while maintaining a high‑performance culture
  • Coordinate complex MEP scopes and ensure technical compliance
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration
  • Drive quality, safety, and schedule adherence on all project sites
  • Interface with clients, design partners, and trade teams professionally
  • Ensure accurate project documentation using AutoDesk‑based platforms

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with technical facilities: manufacturing, pharma, data centers, mission‑critical, healthcare, or similar
  • Strong MEP knowledge and ability to coordinate highly engineered systems
  • Willingness to travel full‑time (typically Monday-Friday; home every ~2 weeks)
  • Proven success leading complex or large‑scale construction projects
  • Design‑Build experience preferred
  • Background with top ENR contractors strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team‑mentoring skills
  • Culturally aligned: competitive, hardworking, accountable, team‑oriented
