Job Description

  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel. Ensure that everyone adheres to safety protocols and quality standards​
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen issues​
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that materials, equipment, and labor are available when needed to avoid delays​
  • Inspection and Testing: Regularly inspect work for compliance with plans and specifications. Ensure that construction meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during construction
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all site personnel are trained and compliant with safety regulations​
  • Incident Response: Manage and report any accidents or incidents on-site, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions​
