Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
  • Review blueprints and project specifications to confirm alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any construction-related challenges efficiently.
  • Manage project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
