Job Description



  • Lead MEP scope from preconstruction through closeout on a large-scale data center project.


  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


  • Collaborate closely with field leadership, design teams, and owners to deliver a highly technical, fast-track build.


  • Manage budgets, change orders, and reporting with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager title.


  • Strong background in MEP systems.


  • Previous experience on data center or mission critical projects.


  • Willingness to travel, for the duration of the project

What's on Offer



  • Base salary: Open, depending on experience


  • Project completion bonus: Projected at $100,000


  • Annual bonus: 20% of base salary


  • Housing stipend: $1,500-$2,500/month


  • Relocation assistance provided


  • Travel home twice per month


  • Example: A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
