Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any project-related issues or challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
