Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintain strong communication and client relations.
  • Adhere to compliance and safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and client connections.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on design-build and tilt-wall construction methods.
  • WOULD HAVE TO REPORT TO THE BRIGHTON OFFICE WHEN NOT TRAVELING.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidates Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in Commercial/Industrial construction.
  • Proven track record in design-build construction and Tilt Wall construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and PMP or equivalent credentials.
  • Ability to report to the Brighton office when not traveling to sites.
