Job Description

The Onsite Project Manager will:

  • Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of Commercial Project Management experience
  • Have experience with larger projects, ground-up preferred. Healthcare preferred but not required.
  • Be willing to travel across the Southeast as required by project locations
