Job Description

  • Lead all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and corporate leadership.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and change management.
  • Coordinate with superintendents to align field operations with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, financial performance, and quality standards.
  • Enforce company safety and compliance policies on all sites.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Travel nationwide to manage multiple project sites and client relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing data center, light industrial, or complex commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Skilled in contract administration, change management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across locations.
  • Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to extensive travel requirements.
