Job Description

Lead all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and corporate leadership.
Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and change management.
Coordinate with superintendents to align field operations with project goals and timelines.
Monitor project progress, financial performance, and quality standards.
Enforce company safety and compliance policies on all sites.
Prepare and deliver project reports, forecasts, and documentation.
Travel nationwide to manage multiple project sites and client relationships

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing data center, light industrial, or complex commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and scheduling.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Skilled in contract administration, change management, and financial reporting.
Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across locations.
Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to extensive travel requirements.
