Job Description

  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams to review plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including site work
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and internal teams
  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing multifamily apartment projects from start to finish
  • Strong background in site work and stick-frame construction
  • Bachelors degree in construction related field
  • Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work a fulltime travel schedule on a 2 or 3 week rotation
