Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on design-build and tilt-wall construction methods.


  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.


  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.


  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.


  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and client satisfaction.
  • Would have to report to the Detroit office when not traveling.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).


  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.


  • Proven experience with design-build delivery models and tilt-up (tilt wall) construction is required.


  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and project management tools.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • OSHA certification and PMP or equivalent credentials are a plus.
  • Would have to report to the Detroit office when not traveling.
