The Project Manager manages the direction, completion, and financial outcome of an assigned project. In this role you will be responsible for supervising, directing and mentoring project engineering and administrative staff. The ideal candidate must be able to perform minimal monthly travel.

About Our Client

Our client is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join their team based in Dallas. The successful candidate must be experienced in managing all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects and have demonstrated team leadership and business management skills.

Job Description

  • Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
  • Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership
  • Oversee the management of successful construction projects
  • Prepare and analyze bids
  • Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
  • Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
  • Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
  • Travel to job site 1-2 weeks a month

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Must be familiar with multifamily construction procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred.
  • Must be PC proficient. (Procore or Bluebeam knowledge preferred)
