Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee property development projects throughout the southwest. The candidate will be working fully remotely in Dallas, regularly traveling to project sites, collaborating with individuals based out of their other offices located nationwide.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing $5M-$100M+ Multifamily rehab projects
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Manage project risks and mitigate any issues that arise
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience with occupied apartment renovation projects
  • Proven experience in project management within the property construction industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
