Job Description

  • Manage day‑to‑day onsite operations for ground‑up big‑box retail builds.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and project sequencing.
  • Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and interpret drawings, site plans, and construction documents.
  • Track project progress, maintain daily reporting, and support schedule adherence.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and inspectors.
  • Lead site meetings and ensure all trades meet project milestones.
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and overall site closeout.
  • Travel full‑time to active project sites.

  • Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings.
  • Strong safety mindset and experience enforcing jobsite compliance.
  • Willingness to travel full‑time (long‑term assignments).
  • Stable job history and proven success closing out big‑box projects.
