Traveling Superintendent - Class A (Nationwide)

• Manage all on-site activities for Class A construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Train and mentor on-site staff to uphold professional standards and practices.
