Job Description

    • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
    • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
    • Manage schedules, inspections, and daily site logistics
    • Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met
    • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Operations Leadership
    • Maintain accurate field documentation through Procore and related tools
    • Enforce company safety policies and best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
  • $10M+ project experience required (ideal experience at $20M+)
  • Restaurant construction experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide (48 states)
  • Strong tenure and career stability are highly valued
  • Experience using Procore preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

What's on Offer

    • Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000
    • Truck Allowance: $600/month
    • Per Diem: $45/day
    • Housing: Fully covered while traveling
    • 401(k): 4% company match
    • Health Insurance: BCBS plan - 75% employer paid
    • Unlimited PTO
    • Travel Rotation: Return home every three weeks
      • Optional perk: If a Superintendent elects not to return home, the company will fly out a guest of their choice instead
