Job Description

  • Lead daily on‑site construction operations across various project locations, managing field crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to keep each job running smoothly.
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and coordinating technical details across all trades-regardless of job site location.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections, uphold strict safety standards, and ensure all work meets contract requirements and quality expectations at every location.
  • Track project costs, review subcontractor pay applications, and keep detailed documentation through daily reports and frequent coordination meetings while traveling between sites.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and team members at each project location, while mentoring field staff and promoting a safety‑first, injury‑free culture.
