Job Description

    • Lead all on-site construction activities and ensure projects run safely and efficiently.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control on active job sites.
    • Maintain strong documentation, daily reporting, and communication with the project team.
    • Oversee site logistics, sequencing, manpower planning, and problem resolution.
    • Uphold company values around safety, integrity, quality, and client service.
    • Represent the organization professionally while traveling to projects nationwide.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal superintendent has strong tenure and experience running their own commercial or industrial job sites. They excel in environments where lean teams win, rather than mega projects with large layered staffing. Experience in trucking, transportation, distribution, manufacturing, or heavy industrial projects is highly desirable. A relationship-driven, accountable, and communication-focused approach is essential.
