Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues.
• Enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards across all phases of construction.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on project status and site activities.
• Facilitate effective communication between on-site teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
