Description
As the construction Traveling Superintendent you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily job site safety
- Open and close up project site
- Oversee laborers, subcontractors and other field staff
- Follow construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure project is on schedule and on budget
- Handle material delivery
- Conduct daily site meetings
- Interface with clients, project managers and other relevant stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of hands on experience as a construction superintendent
- Well versed in both ground up and renovation construction projects
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Strong references
- A team leader who can interface with high end clients
- Familiarity with pre-engineered metal buildings a plus
- Ability to travel for weeks at a time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
