Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations for Class A interior projects from start to finish.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to maintain high standards and exceed expectations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.
  • Travel to project sites

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor
  • Expertise in Class A corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel nationwide
