• Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations and building codes.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among all project team members.
