Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project goals.
