Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Manage and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and project plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and healthcare-specific construction requirements.
