Traveling Superintendent -HealthCare

• Manage all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including reports and logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Travel extensively to various project locations, managing multiple sites as required.
