Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
  • Enforce strict safety and quality standards across all phases of work.
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment on goals.
  • Lead site meetings, track progress, and resolve field issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
  • Supervise field personnel and foster a collaborative, efficient jobsite environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as-built records.
  • Travel nationwide to lead multiple project sites as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience supervising ground-up commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, travel-based environments.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making on site.
  • Proficient with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
