Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve construction issues and conflicts efficiently as they arise.
• Prepare and submit daily project reports and updates to management.
• Travel to various project sites as required.
