They are pride themselves on providing their employees with the right on-site environment to provide the client with a great building and good work/life balance.Client Overview:Project Types: Retail (ground-up and occupied remodel) | car dealerships (ground-up and occupied remodel) | clinics (ground-up)Location of Jobs: projects fall within a 5 hour driving radius of Milwaukee, WISize: mid-sized contractor | under 3rd generation of family ownership | approx. 30 people currentlyValue of Builds: generally projects fall between $1M and $10MCulture: values-driven | collaborative, honest, and hard-working Job DescriptionOversee and manage all construction operations.Lead field personnel to ensure the project is completed as planned, on time, and within budget while meeting quality and design requirements.Monitor and adjust construction schedules, addressing any issues that arise.Coordinate material deliveries and arrange necessary inspections during the project.Grasp the project's plans and specifications thoroughly.Comprehend the scope and boundaries of subcontractor contracts.Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.Capture daily progress photos of the site and share them with the project team.Collaborate with the Project Manager daily to resolve issues, handle warranties, manage contracts, address change orders, and coordinate project-related matters.Prepare, plan, and oversee the completion of a final checklist of remaining tasks.Prioritize job site safety, promote safe work practices, and promptly address safety hazards.Ensure that all company employees and contractors adhere to safety policies.Maintain an orderly job site, including the construction office or work-space.
