This Deerfield Beach-based General Contractor is seeking Local Superintendents (covering Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties) as well as National Traveling Superintendents. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering high‑end restaurant projects with elevated finishes, both ground‑up and TI, typically valued at $5M+.

About Our Client

This is a 50+ year‑old GC, licensed in 27 states, with a strong focus on premium restaurant construction. They specialize in upscale concepts and do not consider candidates with only fast‑food / fast‑casual backgrounds. Preferred experience includes brands such as Del Frisco's, Fogo de Chao, Cheesecake Factory, and similar higher‑end builds.

Job Description

  • Oversee high‑end restaurant projects (ground‑up & interiors)
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and finish quality
  • Travel nationally (for Traveling Super role)
  • Work directly with PM leadership and senior field teams
  • Maintain schedule, budget, and quality standards on fast‑paced builds

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with high‑end restaurant construction (required)
  • Background in both ground‑up and TI work
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage detailed, finish‑heavy projects
  • Willingness to travel (Traveling Super only)
