About Our Client
Working with a top national General Contractor that does work throughout the U.S who are looking for Superintendents open to either state-wide travel (Texas) or national travel for a variety of commercial construction projects. This GC works on projects that value anywhere from 20 to 75 million.

Description
- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Utilize ProCore to track and log projects at a high level
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- Large amount of Travel throughout the US
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years as a Commercial construction Superintendent doing BOTH ground up and interior projects required
- Wanting 100% Travel - Either throughout Texas OR national travel
- Technical Savvy individual
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
What's on Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from 125K - 140K
- Bonuses based on Performance
- Per Diem/Travel Package 1K-2K
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance ($800 monthly) + gas card
