When working on and off site they value trust, teamwork, and efficiency.Job DescriptionSupervises day-to-day work of crew and prioritize work at hand.Attend post-aware review meeting to receive project information & details for preplanning before constructionDirect/control total construction project to meet specifications and within the allotted time schedule in an efficient manner to produce the expected profitWork with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, city inspectors, organize and direct activities concerned with their construction projects.Effectively follow plans/guidelines while conducting regular safety meetings.Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation.Cooperate with the owner and his representatives, keeping them informed of construction progressReview and approve all requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and other significant reports and documentsMonitor and control project through managing the construction schedule and directing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.Manage close out process and warranty responses with project managerAttend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetingsMake decisions under tight deadlinesApply now and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours.
