Traveling Superintendent - Nashville

• Traveling throughout the southeast, preference for someone based out of Nashville
• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for buildout and mixed interior projects, including tenant improvements and renovations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and ensure adherence to design and engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and budget tracking.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
