Approximately 85% of their business comes from repeat clients.They are deeply involved in the local community and place a strong emphasis on loyalty and a solid work ethic.*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*Job DescriptionThe Traveling Superintendent is responsible for:Supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are achieved.Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Coordinating and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members.Preparing and submitting daily progress reports and project updates as required.Managing materials and resources efficiently to minimize waste and delays.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
