Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent - Renovations - Connecticut

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders as required.
