With operations spanning nearly all U.S. states and territories, the firm is recognized for integrity, strong client relationships, and consistent repeat business, offering employees exposure to diverse, large-scale commercial projects.Job DescriptionOversee all aspects of on-site construction for gas station, convenience store, and retail projects across the country, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.Develop and monitor detailed construction schedules, identifying risks early and implementing corrective measures to avoid delays.Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, OSHA requirements, and company standards, fostering a safe work environment at all times.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.Act as the primary on-site representative of the company, maintaining strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and local officials.Proactively resolve conflicts or challenges on-site to keep projects aligned with client expectations and project scope.Travel extensively to project locations nationwide, adapting to diverse site conditions, regional regulations, and client requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
