Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
