They are backed by a well-established development firm and they have expanded over the years to encompass more work than they can handle with their current workforce. They have done a great job of retaining their employees over the course of the last few years and only bring people on board that they can sustain long term, leading to impressive job security and a well-bonded team environment. Their typical project size is upwards of $15M, usually in the $25M-$50M range. Ground up construction is their specialty, they do not do much interior/renovation work.
