Traveling Superintendent - Senior Living (National)

Missouri Permanent USD100,000 - USD140,000
  • Stable general contractor with a growing client base
  • Flexible work environment with a support structure

About Our Client

My client is a senior living general contractor with headquarters in St. Louis but a national presence. Most of their work is in the midwest region but may be on the coasts as well. They are growing rapidly and have a completely full pipeline for 2022 and 2023. They are backed by a well-established development firm and they have expanded over the years to encompass more work than they can handle with their current workforce. They have done a great job of retaining their employees over the course of the last few years and only bring people on board that they can sustain long term, leading to impressive job security and a well-bonded team environment. Their typical project size is upwards of $15M, usually in the $25M-$50M range. Ground up construction is their specialty, they do not do much interior/renovation work. They are looking for candidates that would enjoy a tight-knit work environment, taking project ownership, and developing lasting relationships.

  • Lead meetings with clients, internal team, field crews, and architects/engineers
