Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction operations for assigned projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site staff, and construction schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
  • Track project progress and proactively resolve field issues
  • Maintain detailed site documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or industrial construction
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
